When ordering you can send us a message with the data of the football team and the name of the baby to personalize. The process is quick and easy.
Payments
Payment is made by debit card or Credit or PAYPAL.
Shipping from Spain
In the case that they are physical products, they are sent by Seur or by certified mail once the payment has been made and then send a message to the customer with the tracking number of the shipment.
Please make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. In the event that Etsy and Paypal have different addresses, your package will be sent to the Etsy address.
The product will be sent carefully packed to avoid problems during transportation.
If it is a digital product, it will be sent via wetransfer or e-mail, with various formats such as jpg, eps with the highest quality for its reproduction

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
